A successful test day was held on Monday March 11, 2013. It was a very positive and exciting day for all our skaters and a great way to end the season and lead in for the ice show.

Thirty of our younger skaters competed at Avalon Interclub in CBS this weekend. Congratulations to all skaters. Our medalists included:-
Gold: Gracie Lee (Pre-Preliminary II U9), Barbara Kate Cavell (Pre-Preliminary II U9)
Silver: Abby Pace ( Preliminary U10), Mackenzie Byrne (Preliminary U19), Jena Dyer (Pre-Preliminary II U9), Lauren Quinlan (Pre-Preliminary I U8); Madison Chambers (Pre-Preliminary I U9)

Registration for the 2012-2013 season will begin August 15th for current club members. Current Members can expect to receive an email on August 15th along with the registration forms. If you do not receive this email please check your SPAM or contact our club office – 579-1923. Open Registration, for new members, will be held September 8th at Twin Rinks.

All Winter CanPowerSkate sessions are FULL
CanSkate – FALL – only openings are for Thursday – 6:30pm Goulds Arena
CanSkate – Winter – only openings are for Wednesday – 5:25pm and Thursday – 6:30pm Goulds Arena.
The Avalon Region will be offering Canskate Spring and Fall sessions in Mount Pearl
Spring Session: Saturday, April 28th -Wednesday, June 6th
Fall Session: Saturday, September 3rd – Wednesday, September 28th
Application
Refunds will only be issued if notice is given prior to Week 2 of each session (Early Fall, Fall, Winter and Spring). No refunds will be issued after the commencment of week 2 activities, and all refunds are subject to a non-refundable Skate Canada Membership/Insurance Fee of $30.00 and an Administration Fee of $20.00, plus a one-session fee charge.
Program withdrawal can be done with no loss of fees if notice of cancellation is given by the following dates:
Early Fall – September 1; Fall – October 5; Winter – November 30; Spring – March 1
Medical refunds will be issued upon the receipt of a medical certificate for remaining sessions only.
